Melissa and Autumn here—we’re thrilled to invite you to our next immersive retreat on the stunning shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala! Our first experience together at Villa Sumaya was so powerful that we’re returning to this beautiful, healing sanctuary for another week of deep connection and transformation.

We’ve thoughtfully curated this 7-day retreat to blend yoga, meditation, chakra study, sacred ceremonies, local exploration, and spacious rest—all in one of the world’s most spiritually charged locations.

  • 7 nights at Villa Sumaya, a lakeside eco-luxury retreat center

  • 3 nourishing vegetarian meals daily (meat available à la carte)

  • 2 daily yoga classes in the stunning open-air Tiger Temple

  • Daily chakra discussions, journaling, and guided meditations

✈️ Travel Notes

Please plan to arrive in Guatemala City (GUA) by 12–1:30 PM on Saturday, November 29th. Group transportation departs for Villa Sumaya at 2 PM sharp.

If your flight lands later, we strongly recommend arriving a day early. We’ll be arriving early ourselves and would love to meet up! (Note: early night stay is not included.)

  • Hotel Tikal Futura (free airport shuttle + spa)

  • Best Western Stofella (nice rooms + breakfast)

  2. Send a $750 non-refundable deposit

  3. Remaining balance is due by August 31, 2025

  4. Prefer monthly installments? We’re happy to arrange a payment plan—just ask!

📌 All payments are non-refundable. However, 50% of your total payment may be transferred to a future event if you need to cancel.

Looking to the future

When Melissa was young she took trips to Puerto Rico, reconnect to her maternal side of the family. These visits opened her up to see colonization and work on ancestry trauma. Visiting Puerto Rico keeps her connected to her ancestors and culture that have been lost. She hopes to permanently stay and create a space for education and holistic healing. Ways to support Melissa are booking her for services, taking her classes or donations.
