35-Hour Chakra Yoga & Reiki Level 1 Teacher Training

Autumn Perez and I have been thinking about putting this together over the last several months and we can't wait to share this experience with yoga teachers and prospective healers! As you may already know, we both have a deep love for yoga philosophy and the yoga practice as a whole and we wanted to blend a few of our favorite things into two immersive weekends of intentional exploration of the mind, body, and soul through teaching and healing.

TEACHER PREREQUISITE:

A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification is required in order to receive 35 CEU credits through Yoga Alliance.
ALL ARE WELCOME! You do not need a 200-Hour certification to join this training. All participants will receive the Reiki Level 1 Certification, as it is a separate certification process. Please note that the chakra training credits alone cannot be applied toward Yoga Alliance CEUs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE LEARNING:

Gain extensive knowledge about each of the 7 main chakras through lecture, readings, group discussions, yoga classes and home assignments.
How to sequence your classes to each chakra using creative tools to incorporate specifically tailored yoga asanas and how to weave in reiki.
Pranayama, Meditation and Affirmation practices associated with each chakra and how to tie them into your classes.
Attunement & connection to healing energy. Receive an initiation that opens your energy channels, allowing you to channel Reiki or healing energy for yourself and others.
Practice specific hand positions to channel energy and support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Self-healing & energy awareness. Learn to sense, balance, and clear your own energy using hands-on techniques, meditation, and tools like a pendulum.
