Melissa creates workshops that give an experience of healing, learning and fun. Each workshop has a holistic topic that is explored in a safe space. It is paired with creative activities like painting, writing or breath work, to make the experience fun and memorable. There is sometimes meditation, yoga and other forms of holistic care. The workshop teaches you a self-care ritual you can go back to.

Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Discover the joy of practicing yoga while pregnant. 

When you adapt your yoga practice to meet your body’s changing needs, you can find relief from some of the discomfort pregnancy may cause. Led safely by a certified prenatal yoga teacher, you’ll practice yoga poses adapted to accommodate each trimester. And from a birth doula you’ll learn about labor and delivery and how to prepare for birth using evidence-based techniques from Birth Arts International. Review with them coping mechanisms, pain management and questions to ask your doctor so you leave feeling informed and empowered. Melissa will provide you with resources like books and podcasts to continue your research at home. No experience necessary.
